Filtration System, 300 GPM Nano Filtration & Permeate Storage, Osmonics/Promac/Aquafine, #5991631

Osmonics nano filtration and water treatment system previously operated in a Coca-Cola beverage facility. Skid-mounted nano filtration system rated approximately 300 GPM with (13) fiberglass membrane vessels, 7.5 HP centrifugal pump, and stainless steel process piping. Upstream filtration includes (4) mild steel 6' diameter x 6' straight side multi-media filters and (4) stainless steel activated carbon tower tanks. Downstream equipment includes (4) 12" diameter x 42" tall stainless steel polishing filter housings, 24,000-gallon Promac stainless steel permeate storage tank with Aquafine UV sterilization system, and 800-gallon HDPE CIP tank with 7.5 HP pump. Originally installed in 2001–2002 and maintained in beverage-grade condition.
