High-speed PET bottling and packaging line by Krones and supporting OEMs, designed for carbonated and non-carbonated beverages. Includes Krones Contiform 324 Pro stretch blow molder with 24 blow stations, infrared linear oven, and Air Wizard Plus recovery system for bottles up to 3.5 L. Integrated with Krones Mono-Bloc 88-head filler/capper featuring Capcade flat-cap feeder, Fogg sport-cap feeder, and Gassner BM2 hopper. Compressed air supplied by Atlas Copco ZR-315 VSDFF and 2DN2-250 VSD compressors with Manchester and Silvan receivers.

Process area includes Statco DSI multi-tank blending skids with Alfa Laval plate heat exchangers, Fristam pumps, and Rosemount/Micro Motion instrumentation, plus 3-tank CIP skid with Waukesha Cherry-Burrell valve manifolds and AB PanelView controls. Packaging section includes dual Krones Contiroll roll-fed labelers with integrated Checkmat inspection, Pressco vision system, and Markem Imaje laser coders for bottle coding. Downstream handling features Krones Flowliner diverters, Robobox PR modular grouping and palletizing system with integrated pallet conveyors, and Wulftec automatic stretch wrapper.

Supporting equipment includes Aquafine UV water system, Ecolab dry-lube station, Douglas drum and rack washers, Ingersoll Rand oil-free compressors with air dryers, and more than 400 ft of Krones conveyors. System includes stainless control panels, inspection, and coding systems. Previously operated in a U.S. beverage facility and suitable for reinstallation as a complete high-speed PET bottling and packaging line.
