Description
High-speed PET bottling and packaging line manufactured by Krones. The line includes a Krones Contiform 324 Pro PET stretch blow molding machine with 24 blow stations, infrared linear oven, and Air Wizard Plus air recovery system, integrated with a Krones 88-head volumetric mono-bloc filler/capper. Cap handling equipment includes a Capcade flat-cap feeder, Fogg sport-cap feeder, and Gassner BM2 hopper. Also includes Krones Contiroll Checkmat labeler. Compressed air supply consists of Atlas Copco equipment including a ZR-315 VSDFF oil-free low-pressure compressor and a 2DN2-250 VSD high-pressure booster, along with associated air filtration and receiver vessels. The line also includes Krones electrical control panels and iPanel touch controllers housed in NEMA 12 enclosures with enclosure air conditioning.
