Description
High-speed beverage canning line designed for Coca-Cola. Includes high-level automatic Z-Flow conveyor (Sentry Model 1517), empty can cable and water rinsing systems, Solbern inline gravity filler (Model LFF-1037), and Angelus 120L can seamer rebuilt by Pro in 2005. Additional equipment includes nitrogen injector, PDS 10′ × 50′ cooling tunnel, Filtec FT-50 gamma-based level inspector, Analyzer DUD detector, Bull Tech fill-level detector, (2) Markem Imaje 9450S inkjet coders, and Videojet laser coder. End-of-line equipment includes NJM case label printer, Alvey 800 high-level case palletizer, Signode Spiral Grip straddle-type stretchwrapper, ID Technologies 250 pallet tagger with dynamics controller, Bell & Gossett tube-and-shell hot water set, and a stainless steel pasteurization skid with plate exchanger, bag filter housing, and Waukesha 130 pump.
