Description
High-speed PET bottling and packaging system rated 600–800 bottles per minute. Includes a US Bottlers Model GF-96T pressure gravity filler with Zalkin 24-head capper, Aidlin Model CF 3 36 cap feeder, and Sentry rinser and conveyor systems. Labeling handled by dual Sidel Model 35SE 24T/SM HH3 S1/61 SX hot melt labelers (2018). Packaging section includes Kisters Model TSP 080V TPFO case packer/shrink bundler, Alvey Model 941 palletizer, and Cousins Hercules 7100-65-OHA automatic stretch wrapper. Vision inspection and level control by Silgan and Filtec systems, with Videojet 1560 and Markem 5200 coders throughout line. Integrated by J&M Systems with Allen-Bradley PanelView Plus controls. Designed for PET beverages with automated changeover and continuous high-volume operation.
