Description

Automatic stainless steel keg cleaning and filling line built by KHS, Model Innokeg CombiKeg R5 DFC, designed for 75–85 kegs per hour depending on format (1/6 - 1/2 bbl sizes). Unit includes (2) exterior wash stations, (2) caustic soak tanks, (5) interior wash stations, and (1) filling (racking) head with Direct Flow Control (DFC) inductive flow metering for precise, low-oxygen fills. Integrated mixed-water, caustic (x2), hot-water, and acid tanks (~120 L each) plus external washer tank (~165 L). Features touchscreen HMI control, safety light curtains, polycarbonate doors, and motorized infeed/discharge conveyors with checkweigh scale. Utilities include 15 kVA connected load, 4 m³/h water flow, 200 Nm³/h compressed air, 165 kg/h steam, and 150 kg/h CO₂. Suitable for beer, cider, kombucha, and RTD beverage operations.
