Description

Turnkey juicing line originally used for blueberry juice production and adaptable for strawberries, other soft fruits, or wine. System begins with stainless steel receiving and tilt tables feeding into a Rietz Therma screw auger conveyor with an air-blower wash line that includes a magnetic trap. Juice separation and pulping handled by a BHI separator, FMC Model 50 pulper, and Durapulse GS4 7.5 HP motor. Primary pressing unit is a Vintners Vault “Squeeze Juice” press (0.8 HP, 110V), followed by filtration through a bag filter and thermal treatment via Cleaver-Brooks CFV-700 boiler (last tested in 2019) and tubular and plate heat exchangers. Four 500-gallon stainless steel tanks with top agitation provide storage, while packaging prep includes a Fast Pack BEL 505S box erector, TAL-3100 tabletop labeler, and Hitachi P-260U ink-jet printer. Also included are a stainless triple sink, water heater, softener, various Emerson/Leeson pumps, and gas-fired Reznor heaters. All equipment professionally dismantled and stored indoors.
