Description
Dust collection system designed for high-temperature particulate capture. Includes (3) insulated baghouse modules with pulse-jet cleaning and 480V Hotfoil HB blanket heaters (5,304W each, 150–650°F range), rated for ~50,000 CFM and an estimated 4,500 sq.ft. of total filtration area. Process air enters via cyclone with heated discharge zones, flows through baghouses, and is pulled through an ID fan to a 38" insulated steel stack. System also includes baghouse discharge and transfer screw conveyors, insulated ducting with expansion joints and dampers, and a complete structural steel frame with stairs and walkways. Full control system: 480V MCC, PLC panel, solenoids, thermocouples, and differential pressure transmitters. Complete drawing package and photos included.
