Description

Stainless steel bottling line configured for compact liquid bottles ranging from 25 to 250ml, ideal for applications such as tinctures, essential oils, cosmetics, and health supplements. The line features a twin-head servo-controlled filling system with touchscreen controls and optional heating for viscous products. Cap handling includes two stainless vibratory bowl sorters with cap tracks, feeding into an automatic screw capping station equipped with pneumatic bottle clamping and cap pressing. The integrated round bottle labeling machine is fitted with a Siemens PLC, Leuze sensors, and color touchscreen HMI. A modular conveyor system with adjustable rail guides connects each station, supported by stainless steel infeed and outfeed turntables for streamlined product flow. Additional components include auxiliary heater controls and a full set of stainless sanitary fittings and spare parts.
