Reactor, 300 Gallon, Glass Lined, Stainless Steel, 100 PSI, Jacketed, Pfaudler #5991432

Used 300-gallon Pfaudler glass-lined reactor body with a 48" diameter and 39" straight side height. Features welded dished heads and full glass-lining for corrosion resistance. Internal pressure rated 100 PSI / Full Vacuum at 450°F. Jacket rated at 100 PSI at 450°F. Built in 1984, with a documented repair completed in 1990. Includes multiple top fittings directly on vessel: (2) 3", (2) 4", and (1) 6". The 24" top cover includes a 12" x 16" manway, (2) 2" nozzles, and a 4" agitator nozzle. Unit is equipped with a 3" center bottom drain. Reactor is insulated and wrapped in stainless steel sheathing for protection. Includes manway and protective ring, though the ring has outer edge glass damage. National Board #42596. Glass lining #5015.
