Description
Unused 2025 Machine & Process Design Rigimill Model 2436 hammer mill with 304 stainless steel construction and USDA and 3-A dairy approval. Features approximately 24” diameter x 36” long rotor driven by 75 HP, 3600 RPM motor. Rated for approximately 24,000 lbs/hr throughput on lactose and whey applications, with 98% of product passing through a 40-mesh screen per manufacturer testing. Equipped with 36” x 10.75” bolted-flange inlet throat and discharge-area screen with 0.76” diameter perforations. Includes bearing temperature and vibration sensors. Overall dimensions approximately 98” long x 57” wide x 42” high. Unit has been fully tested, remains unused
