Used Carpigiani blast freezer, Model NK 400 GF 161 ARI BF P. Unit is stainless steel and includes an evaporator with hinged stainless-steel deflector for easy cleaning and inspection. Doors are reversible and the digital control includes the following: screen showing temperature, times and processes; time setting; probe setting; manual on/off; main switch; blast chilling; manual defrosting; blast freezing; probe heating; fast blast freezing and chilling and pre-freeze buttons. Electricals 3-phase, 208-230 Volts, 60 Hz. Uses R404A coolant. Temperature air range: -31 to -40ºF (-35 to -40ºC). Serial Number: FR020070025 and new in 2017. Previously used at an ice cream and gelato processing facility.
