Description
Mueller 300 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Mixing Kettles with Scrape Surface Agitation. They can handle a maximum working pressure of 100 PSI at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and have a half-jacketed design. Measuring 52" in diameter, they feature stainless steel split top covers with one side having a grate. These kettles are bridge-mounted with scrape surface agitation and come without legs, previously used in a Chocolate Processing Line. New in 2000.
