Description
Toresani Pavan Model MRT 540, Type X4320228, ravioli pasta machine designed to produce ravioli pastas. It features an eight-punch system and is constructed with stainless steel smooth sheeting rollers. Rated for up to 140 strokes per minute for ravioli and 120 strokes per minute for cappelletti. The unit comes with two sets of double dough sheet rollers, measuring 4.875" diameter X 21.25" long with bottom discharge conveyor. Power inlet 480 Volts, 3-phase, 60 Hz. Built in 1996.
