Stainless steel continuous belt fryers, manufactured by Tempco, belt measures 48” wide x 35’ long, stainless steel construction with wire belt (approx. 1/2" spacing), belt is driven by approximately 1 HP top mounted drive. Includes top hold down belt and currently set up for approximately 4” clearance. Frying system includes removable top cover that is controlled by (2) overhead 1-ton hoists. Offered with gas-fired heating system with burner and fan to heat cooking oil fed from outside tanks. Fried product discharges to stainless-steel belt conveyor, to cooling conveyor. Offered with stainless steel hot oil tank and paper filter to remove solids from oil. Frying system offered with controls.
