BEPEX Solidaire Model SJS-16-10 Paddle Cooler with Jacketed trough, 304 stainless steel construction. Rotor includes (4) rows of adjustable conveying paddles, 800 RPM shaft speed. Vessel body is cylindrical shaped with flanged end plates. Two-zone jacket, rated for 50 PSI at 320 degrees F. / 20 degrees F. ASME code constructed. Vessel rated for 4.5 PSI at 320 degrees F. / 20 degrees F. Feed inlet and product discharge are tangential with respect to rotor rotation. Jacket has two-sections, Shaft seals are gas purged stuffing box seals with nitrogen purge gas. Rotor is belt driven by 15 HP, 1800 RPM, 600V/3Ph/60Hz motor. Includes stainless steel discharge rotary valve. Unused system.
