Tofu block former, consists platen press, stainless steel frame with 33" x 24" stainless steel table, pneumatically operated, max 145 PSI. Also includes stainless steel pans measuring 15" x 24" x 5" deep with (4) 1" diameter perforations and perforated plates that fit within pans. Previously used at tofu processing facility.
