Hobart 140-quart planetary dough mixer, Model number V-140, includes six mixing speeds with clutch operated engage/disengage control, 15-minute timer with hold function, power lift bowl. Mixers includes plated 140-quart bowl with aluminum beater and dolly, plated bowls, aluminum beaters and adapter rings for 30, 40, 60 and 80 quarts bowls. Most bowls have splash guars, painted steel construction with stainless steel guarding over lift sides and screw. Last used in cosmetic operation.
