Stainless Steel High Shear Mixer, manufactured by Tokushu Kika Kogyo Co., Model 1000, serial number 957001. Mixing chamber measures approximately 12" diameter X 14" straight side with 2.5" center-bottom along with 2.5" side outlet. Driven by 15 HP, 230/460V, 3525 RPM, 3/60 Hz motor. Mounted on mild steel frame. New in 1995.
