Rotary Precoat Vacuum Filter, 10 m2 manufactured by MecKey Engineering. New 2017. 304 Stainless Steel food contact surfaces. Used very little for coffee. Includes 600 gal vacuum receiver tank, large water-cooled/sealed vacuum pump, manifolds, safety guards, agitator, stainless knife blades, air knife manifold to reduce foam and 2 filter cloths. Rewired to US codes, retrofitted with safety guards to meet US OSHA standards and with waterproof drive for knife.
