Urschel model OC bias cut slicer, includes 3-1/2" wide belt conveyor and accelerator feed belt conveyor. Previously running approximately 5,000 pounds per hour on various vegetables. The model OC is capable of slicing elongated products such as carrots, pickles, cucumbers, celery, plantains, breads, etc., from 1/16" to 1-3/4", both bias flat and bias crinkle (Includes cutting head. Would require more change parts for all cuts). In working condition when removed from service.
