Urschel Dicer, model number J9-A. Unit currently set for slow speed with 3/4" circular spindle, TT knives, feed fingers, wide slot feed plate and product guide assembly. Tooling set for 3/8" to 5/8" granola pieces. Driven by 5 HP, 230/460V, 3/60 Hz motor. Previously used in bakery operation. Very good condition.
