(2) Cooling tower, 299 ton capacity, manufactured by Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. (BAC), Model number FXV-Q 661, closed loop system. Unit is complete with 3 main fan drives, 15 HP each. Closed coil is carbon steel contact. Reported to be in very good condition, new 1999. Towers measure 18'2" long by 11'10" tall by 16'5" wide. Units designed to ship in 2 sections and assembled on site.
