THC (Taiwan Hon Chuang Enterprise) Model HC-A semi-automatic Roll-On Pilfer Proof (ROPP) capping system for applying and forming aluminum ROPP caps onto bottles and containers. Handles cap sizes from approximately 20 mm to 40 mm and bottle heights from 50 mm to 180 mm. Unit is currently configured for approximately 1.200" diameter bottles. Capping assembly features adjustable height with fixed rollers adjustable from approximately 3.5" to 5.5" high with .990" diameter rollers, and rotating rollers adjustable from approximately 3.75" to 5.75" high with .950" diameter rollers. Includes adjustable capping head rise and fall speed for accommodating different container and closure configurations. Driven by a 1/4 HP, 1720 RPM motor with 110/220 volt, single-phase, 60 Hz electrical requirements. Serial number 50907. Manufactured in 1995.
