Engineered Machine Service (EMS) 6-spindle inline capper/torquer, Model A, serial number 1816. Includes pass-thru belt conveyor, 5" wide x 16' long frame, 3-1/4" wide stainless steel belt, driven by 1/3 HP, 90V motor thru reducer. Capper also includes vibratory feeder and cap sorter with Syntron electric controller. Sorter drops caps thru 2" wide chute (adjustable up to 3-1/2"). Bottles are conveyed through spindles, adjustable up to approx. 5-1/2" wide. With drives and associated vari-speed controller. New in 1980's. Last running 16 oz, 32 oz and 1 gallon bottles of liquid chemicals. Working when removed from service in 11/2020.
