Westfalia decanter centrifuge, model CA-505-01-12. With all wetted parts being sanitary stainless steel. Equipped with 125 HP main drive and a 30 HP motor for scroll control when infeed solids fluctuate. It includes automatic bearing lube system, controls new 1997. The bowl is rated for 3,500 RPM and is equipped with centripetal pressure pump discharge on the liquid phase to prevent product foaming and oxidation last used in a juice plant.
