New double ribbon mixer, 250 CF working capacity, polished 304 stainless steel construction, mirror interior finish interior, 126" long x 63" wide x 68" deep, 0.315" thick, stainless steel trough with hinged cover with backrest, safety grates. 6-1/2" solid stainless steel shaft, 2-1/3" x 1/2" outer ribbon, 3" x 2/5" inner ribbon, 22 RPM ribbon speed. Mixer is driven by 75 HP, 220/440v, gearhead motor thru rollerchain. Motor is an SEW IP55/IE3 UL rated drive. Mixer has a 10" center bottom discharge with chute, power operated discharge gate. Stainless steel frame & legs.
