New double ribbon mixer, 350 CF working capacity, polished 304 stainless steel contacts, 140" long x 71" wide x 76" deep, stainless steel trough with mirror interior finish. Hinged cover with backrest, safety grates. 6" solid stainless steel shaft, 70mm wide x 12mm thick outer ribbon, 90mm wide x 10mm thick inner ribbon, 20mm thick spokes. Trough shell thickness is 8mm. Mixer is driven by 100 HP, 220/440v, gearhead motor thru rollerchain. Motor is an SEW IP55/IE3 UL rated drive. Mixer has a 10" center bottom discharge, knife style pneumatic slide gate, 40" discharge height (Can be made up to 72" discharge height, as requested). Stainless steel frame & legs.
