National Apron Conveyor Dryer / Roaster, Stainless steel, belt measures 12.5' wide X 45' overall length (3.81m x 13.71m), two stage dryer. Includes stage A measuring 9'10" wide X 52' long, 40' heated section, product clearance: 4" high, apron pitch: 6", perforation size:1/8" x 1/2" long slots. Zone A1 (Air Up) measures 20' long, including (2) Eclipse 2.4 million BTU per hour, each and (3) 15 HP recirculation blowers rated for 27,000 CFM. Zone A2 (Air Down) measures 20' long, including (2) Eclipse 2.4 million BTU per hour, each and (3) 15 HP recirculation blowers rated for 27,000 CFM. Last used in cereal processing facility. Previously drying cereals and dehydrated fruits. New in 1996. Fuel: Gas LP/Natural. Capacity and Moisture % will vary on the product.
