F., ASME code constructed Bowl measures 55" diameter x 44" deep, hemispherical bottom with 4" diameter center bottom outlet. Includes scraper blade agitation, driven by approximately 10 HP motor thru heavy duty gearbox, Also includes vertical tapered auger, 12" at top to 6" at bottom, driven by 5 HP, 230/460V, 1680 RPM, 3/60Hz motor through gearbox, 136 output RPM. Removed from ice cream processing facility. National Board# 2864, serial# 7818, new in 1999.
