Biro meat mixer and grinder, model# AFMG-52. Complete with stainless steel hopper, measuring 23" x 20" x 28" deep, includes stainless steel paddle mixer with (2) 2" x 6" paddles. (1) 14" long curved paddle and (1) 16" long dual curved paddles, mounted on common shaft. Under mixing arms is 6" diameter screw discharge, extruding product through 5" diameter die plate with 1/8" diameter perforations. Hopper also includes 5" diameter bottom side access port. Auger is driven by 7-1/2 HP, 2230 Volt, 3/60 Hz motor thru chain and sprocket. Mixer serial# LR 6494-25. Grinder serial# 52309.
