Description
High-speed PET bottling and packaging line engineered for bottled water and flavored beverage production. The system features a Krones Contiform 324 Pro blow molder rated approximately 5,400 bottles per hour, integrated with a Krones BLOK 88-head volumetric/flow-valve filler and capper. Downstream components include dual Krones Contiroll Checkmat roll-fed labelers, (3) Krones Linadry bottle dryers, Capcade and FOGG cap feeders for flat and sport caps, mass-flow conveyors, Krones Robobox Modulpal PR palletizer, and a Wulftec WCRT-200 automatic stretch wrapper.
Utilities and process systems include Atlas-Copco 2DN2-250 VSD high-pressure booster with paired ZR315 VSD FF compressors, a Manchester 660-gallon air receiver, and DSI-Statco process skids for Smartwater and flavor batching. Additional components include Aquafine UV purification, Delta Wye three-tank CIP/water system, and Markem-Imaje SmartLase C350 laser coders.
All equipment was previously integrated in a continuous Krones beverage line and has been professionally dismantled and stored indoors, ready for inspection and loading.
