BEPEX Solidaire Model SJS-42-22 Paddle Dryer with Jacketed trough, 304 stainless steel construction. Rotor includes (4) rows of adjustable conveying paddles, 275 RPM shaft speed. Vessel body is cylindrical shaped with flanged end plates. Four-zone jacket designed for hot oil service, rated for 50 PSI at 550 degrees F. / 10 degrees F. ASME code constructed. Vessel rated for 5 PSI at 550 degrees F. / 10 degrees F. Feed inlet is a side nozzle and product discharge is tangential with respect to rotor rotation. Shaft seals are gas purged stuffing box seals with nitrogen purge gas. Rotor is belt driven by 56 kW, 1800 RPM, 600V/3Ph/60Hz motor. Includes stainless steel discharge rotary valve; 350 CFM bin vent filter with jacketed housing to mount directly to Solidaire dryer with Nomex filter bags; Shell & tube heat exchanger/condenser rated for 150 PSI; Recycle gas blower; Nitrogen heater with Incoloy sheath and spiral wound baffle. Offered with Thermal fluid heater, gas-fired with burner, fuel train, heater mounted instruments and control panel. Unused. “U” and “CRN” stamped.
