Description
Cleveland Model KGL-40-T gas-fired, self-contained kettle, all stainless-steel construction with tilt bowl. Bowl measures 26" diameter X 22" deep including 3" diameter side bottom outlet with manual valve, hinged top lid and pour lip. Tilt is controlled by manual hand wheel. Bowl is constructed by Welbilt, jacket rated for 50 PSI at 298 degrees Fahrenheit to 33 degrees Fahrenheit, CRN 2814.5, Serial number WT 3902-99H-01, National Board number 55994. New in 1999. Previously used at catering facility.
