New double ribbon mixer, 10 CF working capacity, polished 304 stainless steel contacts, trough measures 43" long x 22" wide x 26" deep, with mirror interior finish, 4mm shell thickness, includes hinged cover with backrest and safety grate. 2-1/2" solid stainless steel shaft, 38mm wide x 6mm thick outer ribbon, 38mm wide x 6mm thick inner ribbon, 61 RPM ribbon speed. Mixer is driven by 5 HP, gearhead washdown motor thru rollerchain. Motor is an SEW IP55/IE3 UL rated drive. Mixer has a 5" center bottom discharge, knife style pneumatic slide gate, 31-3/4" discharge height. Stainless steel frame & legs.
