CHEMICAL LIQUIDATIONS

• Waste Water and City Water Treatment Plant Liquidation
  Liquidation of complete water treatment facility, previously used to treat the incoming city water to be used as process water, as well as treating outgoing waste water from copper plating facility.   The city water treatment system includes a reverse osmosis filter system, deionized water storage tanks, carbon bed filters, demineralizer beds and more.  The waste water treatment equipment includes gravity settler/clarifier, sand filter, recessed plate filter press and all associated tanks.
  
  
• Unused Package Distillation & Evaporation Systems
  Description: Liquidation of unused distillation and evaporation systems manufactured by L.E.D. Italia. These systems can be used in silver recovery, waster water concentration, chemical evaporation and numerous other processes. This liquidation includes (12) batch-type vacuum evaporation systems, (15) systems with capacities ranging between 2 GPM to 165 GPH and (9) Electrolytic silver recovery units. All equipment is in like new condition.
  
  
• Agricultural Chemicals Pilot Plant Liquidation
  Liquidation of select machinery from an agricultural chemicals pilot plant. Equipment includes numerous Pfaudler and DeDietrich glass-lined reactors and storage tanks ranging from 100 to 1,000 gallons, Artisan wiped film evaporator, Western States perforate basket centrifuge, Christian Engineering holoflite and Pfaudler column.
  
  
• Water Treatment Processing Plant Liquidation
  Liquidation of a water treatment process previously used for a hi-tech manufacturing plant. Equipment includes U.S. Filter reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration systems, (2) Trane 180-ton package chillers, (2) BAC 1650-ton cooling towers, Grundfos pumps, boilers, heat exchangers, deionized water storage tanks and more.


• Complete Liquid Nitrogen Plant Liquidation
  Liquidation of complete 250 tons/day liquid nitrogen plant last used to re-liquefy nitrogen for the cooling of a super conducting magnet. Major equipment includes Joy 5500 HP twin model compressor, Joy 1000 HP turbo air compressor, RotoFlow 800 HP turbo-expander compressor, Cryogenic (LOX) Tanks – 40,000 gal, 6,000 gal and 2,000 gallon – and more.


• Plastic Resins Processing Facility
  Liquidation of major company last processing plastic resins. Major equipment includes (2) 10,000 gal. 316S/ST reactors, Shriver filter press, Sweco screens, Aeromatic fluid bed dryer, centrifuge, ribbon mixer, large tanks and much more.


• Cellulose Processing, Pelletizing and Extracting Plant
  Liquidation of a cellulose processing, pelletizing and extracting plant. Equipment includes a CPM Pellet Mill, Gruendler Heavy Duty Hammermill, (2) Triple/S Dynamics pneumatic concentrating tables, (2) Eriez magnetic separators, Sweco screen, Wiley sample mill, Ball & Jewell shredder, Hamilton kettle, stainless steel tanks and more.

  Liquidation of select machinery from sulfuric acid purification and distillation processing plant. Major equipment includes Pfaudler and Dedietrich glass lined reactors, storage vessels, Fulton hot oil heaters, tantulum and glass lined heat exchangers, and much more.


• Organic Chemical Manufacturing Plant Liquidation
  Liquidation of DETA "diesel additive" manufacturing plant. Equipment includes glass-lined reactors and tanks, Inconel crystallizer, 316 stainless steel distillation system and other stainless steel tanks, reactors, heat exchangers and centrifuges.

• Solvent Extraction Plant
  Liquidation of equipment previously used in the solvent extraction of extracts from hops. Equipment includes evaporators, continuous extractors, Rietz screw presses and other stainless steel equipment.
