Coating LineWe are offering for sale a complete 26" wide coating line that was last used on the production of magnetic tape.

Specifications:

  • Manufactured by Yokoyama-Japan
  • New and installed in 1990
  • Speed rating 600 feet per minute
  • Gravure coating station with many spare rolls
  • Turret unwind and rewind with auto splice capability
  • Four zone air flotation drying oven, each module with its own air handling equipment with HEPA filter and temperature controls
  • All controls, electricals and vari speed motors
  • Engineering and blueprints included

This coating line was installed on the East Coast of the U.S. and operated for a short time only on magnetic tape manufacturing. The line was throughly cleaned, dismantled and is offered crated and loaded on trucks FOB our Chowchilla, California warehouse. Offers will be considered on any of the individual components of the line.
