Hinged includes hinged cover with backrest and safety grate. 1-5/8" solid stainless steel shaft, 38mm wide x 6mm thick outer ribbon, 30mm wide x 6mm thick inner ribbon, 58 RPM ribbon speed. Mixer is driven by 2 HP direct connect motor. Mixer has a 4" center bottom discharge, knife style pneumatic slide gate, 23" discharge height. Stainless steel frame & legs.
